SPORTS MASSAGE: A deep tissue form of massage suitable for sports and non-sports people alike. Ideal for promoting quick recovery, preventing injury and improving mobility and flexibility. Sam will conduct a consultation and assessment in order to best decide the areas to focus on, and will use a variety of techniques including myofascial release, soft tissue release and various Muscle Energy Techniques (METS) to ease and release soft tissue. Strengthening and stretching exercises and advice are offered to help manage chronic conditions and improve range of motion etc.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE: For ladies looking for either relaxation or more therapeutic/deep tissue massage during pregnancy . Sam treats her pregnant clients in a side-lying position and is careful to keep you comfortable and supported at all times. The body goes through a series of structural changes during pregancy, and regular massage can help the body to adapt to the process and relieve painful symptoms along the way - the relaxing benefits are also invaluable! Pregnancy massage is not recommended in the first 12 weeks, but from then on can be enjoyed right up to the birth.

SWEDISH MASSAGE: This traditional style of massage is designed to work with the more superficial muscles and soft tissue in the body to provide relaxation, improve circulation and promote a sense of well-being. Muscles are manipulated beyond a salon style massgae, but not as deeply as sports massage. Ideal as a gift, or a treat!
