"Having run several marathons, I have put my body through a lot of pain and suffering. Building sports massage into my training programme has enabled me to run faster without the pain I was formerly used to. My recovery times are quicker and Sam is able to hone in on any specific areas to keep my legs lose and prevent injury.
Like most runners, I do a poor job of listening to my body, and run through the pain. With regular sports massages, Sam is on top of any tightness or potential injuries which has eliminated any nagging pains and enabled me to stay healthy and train properly.
With Sam as a part of my training programme I ran the Nottingham Marathon in 3:34 and am now training to run the Boston Marathon at sub 3:20".
